Maxime Comminge is a Solicitor of England and Wales and heads GHM AVOCATS’ London office.
He advises and assists both private and corporate clients on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and international wealth management, with a particular focus on cross-border matters.
From London, he plays a key role in developing GHM AVOCATS’ international practice, providing clients with a direct legal and strategic link between the French Riviera, Monaco, the United Kingdom and the major international financial centres.
Working closely with the firm’s teams in France, Maxime provides clients with pragmatic, responsive and business-oriented advice, helping them structure, secure and develop their cross-border investments, transactions and business activities.
